Fine views from the restaurant.
The staff seemed untrained and unhelpful. I had to deal with multiple issues , including a lack of basic information about meal times and a failure to fix problems in my room. It was disappointing to see the hotel has not maintained its standards since my last visit.

Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict
The atmosphere is good! Friendly staff ensured a warm welcome, and the room was meticulously clean, boasting fine views that captivated me every morning.
Parking was a real hassle, forcing me to search for street spots. Plus, the slow breakfast service left much to be desired!

It was just a fitting option for a transient visit in Tbilisi with attractive and competitive value for money. The decor in the Junior Suite maintained its charm from years ago and felt familiar. Be sure to check available amenities before dining to avoid disappointment.

I booked a Junior Suite for ten nights. The views from the terrace were lovely, overlooking both the Vera area and Tbilisi. The suite had ample wardrobe space and a comfortable sitting area. Staff were friendly and eager to help whenever needed. Breakfast had good options, especially the fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. The hotel's hillside location offered a quiet stay, yet it was just a short bus or inexpensive car ride to Liberty Square and Rustaveli metro. Unfortunately, WiFi connectivity was weak. Those hiccups, I enjoyed the stay overall.

great central spot for city exploration and park visits
The views from the hotel were wonderful, and being just a short walk of about 1 km to the iconic Freedom Square made it super easy to explore the heart of Tbilisi and discover its vibrant landmarks. I loved that I could stroll to the beautiful 9 April Park which is just about 1.5 km away.

Great views and helpful staff
During our city break, we were lucky enough to get a room with breathtaking views of the city. It was amazing to wake up every morning and see the city from above. Another highlight was the helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were always ready to help with any issues or concerns we had. We also appreciated the easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
The hotel room lacked amenities. We were disappointed to find out that there was no hair dryer and the noise proofing wasn't very good.

During my recent solo travel trip, I chose to stay at a hotel nestled atop a hillside location. This hotel boasts of comfortable and cozy rooms that come equipped with a mini-bar for an additional cost. the staff is friendly and speaks both the local language and English with ease. the breathtaking view of the city offered by the balcony in some of the rooms is truly a standout feature.
The noise from footsteps in the hallway often proved to be a distraction.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The staff members were so friendly and professional. They spoke English fluently and were always available to assist me. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel had great facilities. Although there was no parking available, transportation was never an issue, as it was easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I couldn't have asked for a better location.
Nothing is perfect, but I cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel.
